Pick the same meat more than once or mix your choices. First brisket selection included; each additional brisket selection adds $4.
All-ribs plates: about 2 bones on a 1-meat plate, 3 bones on a 2-meat plate, or 4 bones on a 3-meat plate. Portions are by weight.
