Side pan guide: SP feeds about 15 to 20 people. LP feeds about 45 to 50 people. Servings can vary depending on the serving utensil used.

Prep rule: whole items have no extra prep charge. If the customer wants an item sliced, chopped, pulled, or cut, add a $5.00 prep charge for that item. Chilled orders stay whole only.
